Shae Julian, M.S., AMFT
SHE/HER/HERS
THERAPIST
Welcome! I’m Shae. I provide individual and couples therapy. I received my Masters degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy in 2010 and have been providing services for approximately 13 years. I work mostly with individuals, (adolescents & adults), couples, and polycules. I work with a diverse range of individuals from different cultural backgrounds, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, and religions.
As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, confidential, welcoming environment for you to explore, connect, and grow; so from that perspective I am open to working on what you feel you need to bring into your session, from self-advocacy and communication, improving intimacy within your relationship, and growing in your personal development to gain authenticity. I have special interest in supporting individuals through struggles with infertility, grief, and stress management.
Mental/emotional wellness is just as important as physical wellness and therapy in general, but sex in specific, can be sensitive, intimate, and personal for many people.
My role is to hold the space of support. I enjoy helping others in an individualistic, realistic, practical way.
